Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Days
We ship Mon–Fri. Orders do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are [flat-rate / calculated at checkout].
Available shipping methods include:

  • Ground: estimated 3-5 business days in transit
  • 2-Day: estimated 2-3 business days in transit

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states & internationally
International shipping: Duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as the label is created. If you don’t see it please check spam/promotions folders.

Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us asap at  frontdesk@kleinpickle.com and we will try our best to update the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery at frontdesk@kleinpickle.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping label

Following investigation, we will replace / refund / offer store credit

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors, carrier, Po Box, etc.
We may be able to assist with a carrier claim, but we are not responsible / responsible under conditions for packages marked delivered.
